The September 6th release date of It: Chapter Two is inching ever closer like a gloved hand out of a sewer grate, but there’s still no sign of the trailer. And producer Barbara Muschietti seems to know we’re getting hungry. She recently took to Instagram to promise that the trailer is indeed on it’s way.
“I swear, it’s coming,” the producer wrote beneath a picture of director Andy Muschietti and actor Javier Botet (who played the creepy hobo in the first film), jokingly adding that they’re “also waiting for the trailer.”
It: Chapter 2’s cast includes James McAvoy, Jessica Chastain, Bill Hader, and Isaih Mustafa. Bill Skarsgård will reprise his role as Pennywise. We’ve only been treated to a few brief glimpses of the film so far, so anticipation for the trailer is high.
