The swarm is coming! Fans of Sabre Interactive’s World War Z will soon be able to play the game on a whole new console when it releases for the Nintendo Switch on November 2nd.
Inspired by the Paramount Pictures film, World War Z focuses on fast-paced third-person shooter gameplay featuring swarms of hundreds of zombies. Humanity is on the brink of extinction. From New York to Moscow, Jerusalem, and more, the undead apocalypse continues to spread. As the end looms, a hardened few band together to defeat the horde—and outlive the dead.
It should be noted that at the time of release, the Switch version of the game will be the base Game of The Year Edition, not the World War Z: Aftermath version that is releasing for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC later this year. That means additions like Horde Mode won’t be included, at least not at this time.
