Ben Wheatley (A Field in England, High-Rise) is back with In the Earth, a micro-budget horror movie filmed during quarantine—and NEON has given the film an official release date and poster.
In the Earth will release in theatres on April 30th. Here’s the official synopsis:
“As the world searches for a cure to a disastrous virus, a scientist and park scout venture deep into the forest for a routine equipment run. Through the night, their journey becomes a terrifying voyage through the heart of darkness, the forest coming to life around them.”
Joel Fry (Game of Thrones), Ellora Torchia (Midsommar), Hayley Squires (In Fabric), and Reece Shearsmith (Inside No. 9) star in the film. We’ll keep our eyes peeled for a trailer to share with you!
