A twisted trailer has been unveiled for the upcoming CBS series Tell Me a Story and it puts a refreshing, dark twist on our favourite fairy tales. In this world the three little pigs wield guns and Little Red Riding Hood turns down her iconic red coat. In short, it looks intense and horrifyingly imaginative.
Synopsis:
Set in modern-day New York City, the first season of this serialised drama interweaves “The Three Little Pigs,” “Little Red Riding Hood” and “Hansel and Gretel” into an epic and subversive tale of love, loss, greed, revenge and murder.
Scream writer and Vampire Diaries co-creator Keven Williamson will be at the helm of the series and he will executive produce alongside Aaron Kaplan and Dana Honor. The series will star Billy Magnusson, Kim Cattral, Paul Wesley, James Wolk, Dania Ramirez, Sam Jaeger, Davi Santos, Zabryna Guevara and Dorian Missick. The show will air on CBS All Access on 31st October, so will be the perfect watch this Halloween.
