The trailer for Little Dead Rotting Hood shows a new and more horrifying twist on the already twisted children’s tale. In this re-imagining, Little Red Riding Hood is not an innocent little girl off to visit her Granny; she’s a sword-wielding badass who’s intent on keeping blood-thirsty wolves at bay.
Synopsis:
The residents of a small town discover that something more sinister than killer wolves is lurking in the backwoods: first the wolves start turning up dead…then people.
Jared Cohn (12/12/12, Hulk Blood Tapes) is the director of this one and it stars Eric Balfour, Bianca A. Santos and Romeo Miller. Check out the trailer below and enjoy some gloriously gory and sinister fairy tale action. Despite the strange slow-paced narration, there is a lot to enjoy. The image of Red Dead emerging from the mist in a slow-motion fashion, equipped with her red cloak and sword, is pretty great.
Little Dead Rotting Hood will be released on DVD in the USA on 5th January 2016.
