More unsurprising news given the current state of the world—Warner Bros. has officially pushed the release of The Conjuring 3: The Devil Made Me Do It all the back to June 4th, 2021.
The film, which was originally set for release this coming September, will explore one of the most sensational cases from Ed and Lorraine Warren’s paranormal files. What starts as a fight for a young boy’s soul takes them beyond anything they’ve ever seen before—becoming the first time in U.S. history that a murder suspect would claim demonic possession as a defence.
Michael Chaves (The Curse of la Llorona) directed this newest instalment in the popular horror franchise, which will see Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga reprising their roles as Ed and Lorrain. Ruairi O’Connor, Sarah Catherine Hook, and Julian Hilliard also star.
