AMC is working on yet another spin-off to The Walking Dead, this time in the form of an anthology series called Tales of the Walking Dead—and Terry Crews (Brooklyn Nine-Nine) has joined the cast.
Other new additions include Parker Posey (Scream 3) and Jillian Bell (Goosebumps). Anthony Edwards and Poppy Liu (Hacks) will also star.
Set within the world of The Walking Dead, each one-hour episode of the new series will feature both new and existing characters. Channing Powell (The Walking Dead) is serving as showrunner, and directors on the project include Haifaa al-Mansour (Good Lord Bird), Deborah Kampmeier (Star Trek: Picard), Tara Nicole Weyr (The Wilds), and Michael Satrazemis (The Walking Dead).
