Sydney Sweeney (Nocturne, Night Teeth, Euphoria) is set to star in Immaculate, a psychological horror film from director Michael Mohan, who previously directed Sweeney in The Voyeurs.
The film follows Cecilia (Sweeney), a woman of devout faith who is offered a fulfilling new role at an illustrious Italian convent. But her warm welcome to the picture-perfect Italian countryside is soon interrupted as it becomes clearer to Cecilia that her new home harbours some dark and horrifying secrets…
Andrew Lobel wrote the script for Immaculate. Producers include Sweeney, Jonathan Davino, Teddy Schwarzman, and Michael Heimler. John Friedberg, Christopher Casanova, and Will Greenfield will executive produce
Principal photography is slated to get underway in January 2023.
