Posted on: October 19th, 2020

Colin Minihan and John Poliquin, the writing duo behind Shudder’s Spiral, are writing a feature-length adaptation of their horror short “Selfie” for Netflix.

In the original short, which was co-written by the pair and directed by Poliquin, an insecure teenager deletes her social media accounts and learns that what she put online will come back to haunt her. The feature film will explore the horrors of body image in the age of social media.

Minihan is also producing for Netflix, along with Benjamin Anderson.
