In what looks like a glorious combination of killer wildlife movies ranging from Bait, Burn Bright right through to Jaws, the first trailer for Crawl (Alex Aja’s latest outing) has now hit the net and looks set to take us all by storm, quite literally.
Produced by Aja himself, in collaboration with Craig Flores (300) and Sam Raimi (Don’t Breathe, Evil Dead), the film sees Florida hit by a massive hurricane. Ignoring evacuation orders, Haley (Kaya Scodelario) heads off in search of her missing father (Barry Pepper). She finds him seriously injured in the crawl space of their family home where they end up trapped by encroaching floodwaters… but the water itself is the least of their problems….
