We know and love Simon Pegg for his comedic turns in films like Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz, but he’s practically unrecognisable as a captive man in the official trailer for Inheritance.
Directed by Vaughn Stein, the film sees the patriarch of a wealthy and powerful family suddenly passing away, leaving his wife and daughter with a shocking secret inheritance that threatens to unravel and destroy their lives. Lily Collins (Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile), Connie Nielsen (The Following), Chace Crawford (The Covenant), Michael Beach (Swamp Thing), and Marque Richardson (True Blood) also star.
Inheritance hits DirecTV on April 23rd ahead of its release in theatres, on digital, and on demand on May 22nd. Check out the trailer below.
