Emma, the upcoming horror series from director Mary Harron (American Psycho), has just cast Mira Sorvino (Mimic) and Rory Culkin (Scream 4, Lords of Chaos) in supporting roles.
They join AnnaSophia Robb (The Act), Hannah Murray (Charlie Says), and Michael Gaston (The Man in the High Castle). The series will follow a down-on-her-luck woman who becomes pregnant under mysterious circumstances, forcing her to deal with a potential conspiracy and disturbing side effects.
Ben Ketai (The Strangers: Prey at Night) wrote the series and will also serve as an executive producer alongside Harron. Emma is being created for short-form mobile video streaming platform Quibi, which will launch in the U.S. on April 6th, 2020.
