The legend of Bigfoot has always been an interest to horror filmmakers, but recently there has been a flurry of Bigfoot movies, some good, and some bad. The majority of these have been deadly serious about the Sasquatch, but Bigfoot: The Movie puts the fun back into the furry freak.
The official trailer partners the eerie myth of Bigfoot with a comical threesome of rednecks, who just want to prove that the creature is real. Bigfoot himself looks horrifically funny, but don’t let the comedy subdue the terror that he brings.
Bigfoot: The Movie is written and directed by Jared Show (Bigfoot) and stars Curt Wootton, Joanie Dodds, Terrance Evans, Nathan Magill and Brenna Roth.
The film will be available on DVD, Blu Ray and digital download May 29th 2015.
Synopsis:
Three local men are shocked and shaken when they witness Bigfoot in their hometown of Ellwood City, PA. Bigfoot starts causing problems, but no one in the town believes the creature is real. Determined to prove he’s real and stop him from killing, the friends decide to take him on themselves.
