Posted on: January 19th, 2022

James DeMonaco, who wrote and directed The Purge, is helming a new horror-thriller called The Home for Miramax—and Pete Davidson (SNL, The Suicide Squad) is set to star.

According to Deadline: “Davidson will play Max, a troubled man who starts working at a retirement home and realizes its residents and caretakers harbour sinister secrets. As he investigates the building and its forbidden fourth floor, he starts to uncover connections to his own past and upbringing as a foster child.”

In addition to directing, DeMonaco serves as a writer on The Home alongside Adam Canto. Production is slated to begin later this month.
