Ever been strangled to death? Us neither. But, if you’re keen to know how it would feel, then this new clip – apparently – does well at describing the pain and discomfort that comes with being strangled. What’s even creepier is that it’s being described by a child, played by Lulu Wilson who appears to be channelling a kind of supernatural evil.
Synopsis:
In 1967 Los Angeles, a widowed mother and her two daughters add a new stunt to bolster their séance scam business and unwittingly invite authentic evil into their home. When the youngest daughter is overtaken by a merciless spirit, the family confronts unthinkable fears to save her and send her possessor back to the other side.
Ouija: Origin of Evil is set to hit cinemas next week and has acclaimed director Mike Flanagan (Oculus, Hush) at the helm. He appears to be taking the sequel in a very different director to the first, which is a great decision, because 2014’s Ouija received quite the critical mauling and rightly so.
Ouija: Origin of Evil will land in cinemas on 24th October in the USA and 31st October in the UK.
