Whilst there’s no news of any new films yet, fans are still eager to keep their current franchise collection in the best shape. To that end, we have just the news for you!
Following last summer’s 4K UHD release of Jaws 2 for its 45th anniversary, Universal have decided it’s time for the whole series to enter the modern era.
1983’s Jaws 3-D, and its 1987 sequel Jaws: The Revenge, will stalk on to 4K UHD on July 23rd 2024.
The movies will be released both singularly and in a set with last year’s Jaws 2 release, mirroring previous home media outings.
Whilst the Jaws 2 release is loaded with extras, we’re slightly disappointed to disclose that 3-D and Revenge will only contain the quality upgrade and a theatrical trailer. But, it’s better than nothing, right?
The singular versions, as well as the sequel set, will all contain 4K UHD discs, as well as a Blu-Ray and a digital code for each film.
