Indie horror flick Hell House (not to be confused with Shudder’s Hell House LLC franchise) has cast Jess Weixler (Teeth), Stefanie Scott (Insidious: Chapter 3), and Odessa Adlon (Nashville) in leading roles.
The film was written by Andrew Gori, who will also direct, and is set on the eve of the grand opening of a religious-themed Halloween attraction in the Deep South. The plot centers around a complicated relationship between two high school peers, and the efforts of the townspeople to keep them apart.
Gene Jones (The Sacrament) and Michael Abbot Jr. will also star in the film, which is being produced by Dennis Masel, Jamie Dolan, William Day Frank, and Tara Ansley.
