If you’ve been eager to learn when the action-packed POV thriller Hardcore Henry will be available to buy, then you’ll be pleased to know that it will be this summer. The film will be receiving an early digital release on 12th July, before being released on DVD and Blu-ray on 26th July.
Hardcore Henry received a surprisingly wide release earlier this year and received mainly positive reviews for its relentless, non-stop showcase of adrenaline-fuelled action, violence and excitement. It’s a definite must-watch for fans of video games, as well as those who enjoy pure, genuinely heart-racing entertainment.
It will be interesting to see how the film fairs on home viewing and whether some of the impact will be lost without the huge cinema-sized screen and surround sound. Either way, if you failed to catch it in the cinemas, then you should definitely seek it out when it is released this July.
