Writer/Director David Robert Mitchell’s highly anticipated breakout film from the 2014 Cannes Festival, It Follows has just received its first full UK trailer.
Certainly one of THE horror films to catch this year, It Follows is about as tense as they come and takes old, tired horror tropes of past and gives them a culturally relevant spin whilst maintaining a timeless class that the horror genre hasn’t witnessed in years.
As IT FOLLOWS prepares to hit cinemas around the UK and Ireland this 27th of February, here’s the aforementioned trailer to give you a serious taste of the tension the film will put you through:
Synopsis:
After a date and seemingly innocent sexual encounter, 19-year-old Jay (Maika Monroe) is left with an inescapable sense that someone, or something is following her. Jay and her friends team up to try and find ways escape the traumatising horrors that are always right behind them.
