Already tipped by many as the scariest experience audiences will witness in 2015, David Robert Mitchell’s acclaimed It Follows gets its first UK trailer ahead of the UK and Ireland 27th February 2015 release date.
Based on nightmares the director had as a child, It Follows provides a smart, culturally relevant spin on old, tired horror clichés. It relates the tale of 19-year-old Jay (Maika Monroe) who, after a seemingly innocent sexual encounter finds herself trapped in an overwhelming, inescapable sense that someone, or something is following her. Unaware of exactly what they are up against, Jay and her friends team up to try and escape the traumatising horrors that are always just one step behind them.
