More exciting casting news out of Rob Zombie’s upcoming movie The Munsters! Dee Wallace (Cujo, The Howling) has come on board as the voice of “Good Morning Transylvania!” which Zombie described on Instagram as “Transylvania’s 2nd favorite morning show… soon slipping to 3rd if they don’t update their format.”
This is not the first time that Wallace has collaborated with Zombie. She previously appeared in his remake of Halloween, as well as 3 from Hell and The Lords of Salem.
The cast of The Munsters is stacked with Zombie regulars, including Sheri Moon Zombie as Lily Munster, Jeff Daniel Phillips as Herman Munster, and Richard Brake as Dr. Henry Augustus Wolfgang. Catherine Schell, Jorge Garcia, Daniel Roebuck, Sylvester McCoy, and Cassandra Person (aka Elvira) will also star in the film, which will be Zombie’s first to receive a “PG” rating.
No word yet on a release date.
