If you’ve been thinking that a real vampire twinkles in the sun, then this new clip from The Transfiguration has some news for you; they don’t! I’m sure we all know that “real” vampires aren’t the ones depicted in the Twilight franchise, but the troubled teen at the heart of The Transfiguration wants to explain his description of a vampire and his idea of vampirism as a disease is a theory we can get on-board with.
Check out the teaser below, which seems to be one of the film’s softer moments in its tale of vampirism, reality and fantasy. Starring Eric Ruffin and Chloe Levine, The Transfiguration is a coming-of-age horror film that sparked a lot of positivity on its recent festival run.
We’re exciting to catch the film and see how it compares to the tonally similar Let The Right One In when it is released in the UK on 21st April. The Transfiguration will also be receiving a limited theatrical run in the USA from 7th April.
