CHUCKY CASTS LACHLAN WATSON AS GLEN/GLENDA

Posted on: July 8th, 2022

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina star Lachlan Watson has joined the cast of Chucky Season 2. The actor will be playing Glen/Glenda, Chucky and Tiffany’s genderfluid child, who was introduced and last seen in 2004’s Seed of Chucky.

Also new to the cast this season are Meg Tilly (Psycho 2), Gina Gershon (Bound), Lara Jean Chorostecki (Hannibal), Joe Pantoliano (Memento), Tony Nappo (Saw II), and Sutton Stracke (the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills). Brad Dourif, Jennifer Tilly, Zackary Arthur, Björgvin Arnarson, Alyvia Alyn Lind, Fiona Dourif, Alex Vincent, Christine Elise, and Barbara Alyn Woods are all reprising their roles. Devon Sawa will also be back for Season 2, though he’ll be playing a new character.

Chucky comes to us from franchise creator Don Mancini. The first series saw an idyllic American town thrown into chaos after a vintage Good Guy doll turned up at a suburban yard sale, triggering a series of horrific murders that exposed the town’s hypocrisies and secrets. At the same time, the arrival of enemies and allies from Chucky’s past threatened to expose the truth behind the killings, as well as the demon doll’s untold origins as a seemingly ordinary child who somehow became this notorious monster.
