Revealed in a brief teaser trailer on Nickelodeon’s Twitter page, the second season of the re-imagined horror anthology Are You Afraid of the Dark? will be titled Curse of the Shadow!
The new season will feature an expanded six episodes and a brand new Midnight Society. This new group of kids tell a terrifying tale about a curse that has been cast over their small seaside town, haunted by an all-new villain—the Shadowman.
Bryce Gheisar (The 15:17 to Paris), Beatrice Kitsos (Child’s Play), Malia Baker (The Baby-Sitters Club), Dominic Mariche (See), Parker Queenan (Party of Five), and Arujun Athalye star in Are You Afraid of the Dark?: Curse of the Shadows, which was written, showrun, and executive produced by JT Billings (Absinthe). The season will premiere on Nickelodeon in 2021.
