Halloween Kills is set to hit theatres on October 16th, 2020, and according to a recent tweet from Blumhouse Productions’ VP of Feature Film Development Ryan Turek, a novelisation is already in the works.

Bram Stoker Award-winning author John Passarella wrote the official novelisation for 2018’s Halloween. We’re curious to see if he’ll also pen this one—because if so, we’re certainly in for a treat.

Directed by David Gordon Green, who also directed 2018’s Halloween, Halloween Kills will continue the saga of Laurie Strode and Michael Myers, aka The Shape. Jamie Lee Curtis will reprise her iconic role as Laurie, with James Jude Courtney and Nick Castle sharing Shape duties. The cast also includes Judy Greer, Andi Matichak, Anthony Michael Hall, Kyle Richards, and Dylan Arnold.
