A new documentary exploring Christmas horror folklore and cinema is coming our way, and Santa has left some early poster art under our tree!
Called Yuletide Horror, the documentary will feature interviews with horror experts, filmmakers, and scholars discussing the proliferation of the holiday horror subgenre, its themes, subtexts, and cultural influences, and disturbing festive folklore from around the world. Ethan Evans is directing the doc, which will be co-written by Evans, Jess Bartlett, and Kieran Nolan Jones.
Yuletide Horror will be coming down the chimney sometime in 2023.
