You better not cry and we’ll tell you why, because the Krampus is heading to town! Or at least to a cinema near you. It’s getting ever closer to that wonderful time of year and to remind you that it’s not just a time for Santa and presents but a time for ancient evils, punishment and terror, we have a poster for Krampus to share with you.
Synopsis:
When his dysfunctional family clashes over the holidays, young Max (Emjay Anthony) is disillusioned and turns his back on Christmas. Little does he know this lack of festive spirit has unleashed the wrath of Krampus: a demonic force of ancient evil intent on punishing non-believers.
The poster is beautifully blue, but manages to convey a threatening level of fear in its shadowy, moonlit setting. The Krampus looks perfectly menacing as it perches on the roof; check out its size when compared to those windows…
If you haven’t already, check out the trailer below, because it sets up the film to be a fun-filled fear-fest!
Krampus comes from director of Trick ‘r Treat Michael Dougherty and has an all-star cast that includes Allison Tolman, Toni Collette, Adam Scott and David Koechner. Be sure to visit Krampus when it hits cinemas on 4th December 2015.
