The sequel to 2015’s Wyrmwood: Road of the Dead, Wyrmwood: Apocalypse has dropped a teaser trailer that showcases some of the new threats our heroes will face—including a ridiculously cool franken-zombie!
Directed by Kiah Roache-Turner, who also co-wrote the film with his brother Tristan, Wyrmwood: Apocalypse sees special forces soldier Rhys roaming the zombie-infested Australian wasteland, tracking down survivors for the Surgeon General in the hopes of finding a cure. But when a young woman faces death by military experimentation, Rhys must team up with a group of super-powered survivors to save her.
Luke Mckenzie stars in the film as Rhys. The cast also includes Jake Ryan, Bianca Bradey, Tasia Zalar, Shantae Barnes-Cowan, Jay Gall
