If Donald Trump becoming President of the United States stirred a few screams in your household, then you’ll be glad to know that yours is not the only one. In the first trailer for the seventh season of American Horror Story, Sarah Paulson is less than happy about the results of 2016’s election.
Check out the trailer below which, in true American Horror Story fashion, looks like another mind-bending and hallucinatory trip into some sort of hell. Clowns make another appearance and we get to see Evan Peters thrust against his television set. He’s a wild one.
It has been known for a while that Season 7’s events would be inspired by last year’s election, but it’s exciting to finally see how. Choosing to ground the story in more real-life modern horror makes this new season of American Horror Story look like a must-see.
