A Spanish poster for Fede Alvarez’s (Evil Dead) Don’t Breathe has been released and it proves that the simple image of blindness can convey fear; especially when it is paired with a creepy house located in the woods. The sinister blue/grey tones of the poster ramp up the terror and coat the poster with a general wash of spookiness.
Don’t Breathe follows a group of friends as they break into the home of a blind man, unaware that he is an ex-soldier and can dish out a hefty dose of violence himself. You can check out Stephen Lang – who plays the blind man – in brutal action in the intense and nail-biting trailer below.
Don’t Breathe additionally stars Jane Levy (Evil Dead,) Dylan Minnette (Let Me In) and Daniel Zovatto (It Follows). The film will hit US screens on 26th August and the UK on 9th September.
