From writer and director Taylor Chien, The Resort has dropped a freaky trailer that will make you glad you’re stuck at home.
The film follows Lex, a writer obsessed with the paranormal. For her birthday, her three closest friends decide to take her on a surprise trip to an abandoned Hawaiian resort—the supposed haunt of an infamous ghost called The Half-Faced Girl. Arriving on the island, they find a massive, beautiful, and eerily empty resort. But just as Lex decides that the ghost is an urban legend, her friends start to disappear one by one, leaving her at the mercy of the evil spirit…
