Feeling hot? The new poster for Freaks might be able to cool you down. Don’t worry, this isn’t a remake of the Tod Browning classic. This one sounds like it’s going to be a lot quirkier, but nonetheless a dark and twisted tale.
From first-time directors Zach Lipovsky and Adam B. Stein, Freaks follows a young girl who embarks on a dangerous journey of freedom and revenge when she meets the mysterious Mr Snowcone.
Freaks will premiere at the upcoming Toronto International Film Festival which runs from 6th-16th September. Freaks will screen on 8th September and stars Emile Hirsch, Bruce Dern, Amanda Crew and Lexy Kolker.
