The release of Scream 6 has been bumped up by three whole weeks! The film, which was originally slated to release on March 31st, 2023, will now slash into theatres on March 10th.
Radio Silence’s Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, who directed Scream 2022, are back for the sequel, which will see the return of Melissa Barrera, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, Jenna Ortega, Courteney Cox, and, excitingly, fan-favourite Hayden Panettiere, who played Kirby in Scream 4. The cast also includes Samara Weaving (Ready or Not), Tony Revolori (Spider-Man: Homecoming), Jack Champion (Avatar: The Way of Water), Liana Liberato (The Beach House), Devyn Nekoda (Ghostwriter), Josh Segarra (Arrow), and Henry Czerny (Ready or Not).
In Scream 6, “The Scream saga continues with the four survivors of the Ghostface killings as they leave Woodsboro behind and start a fresh chapter.” We recently learned that the film will take place in my home, New York City.
The official title for Scream 6 has yet to be revealed.
