You better watch out, you better not cry—because David Harbour’s ass-kicking Santa Claus is coming to town this holiday season in Violent Night. The trailer for the film just came down the chimney, and it looks like some home invaders are most definitely getting coal (and concussions) for Christmas.
In Violent Night: “A team of elite mercenaries breaks into a wealthy family compound on Christmas Eve, taking everyone inside hostage. But the team isn’t prepared for a surprise combatant: Santa Claus is on the grounds, and he’s about to show why this Nick is no saint.”
In addition to Stranger Things star Harbour, Violent Night stars Beverly D’Angelo (National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, The Sentinel), John Leguizamo (The Menu), Alex Haskell (The Tragedy of Macbeth), Alexis Louder (Watchmen), Edi Patterson (Knives Out), and Cam Gigandet (Twilight). Tommy Wirkola (Dead Snow) directed the film, which was written by Pat Casey and Josh Miller.
Violent Night arrives in theatres on December 2nd, 2022. Check out the trailer below!
