Deadline reports that The Power star Rose Williams (pictured above) and The Faculty’s Famke Janssen will lead the cast of Locked In, a psychological thriller in the works over at Netflix.
The film “pits the unhappy newlywed Lina (Williams) against her brittle, damaged mother-in-law, Katherine (Janssen). An affair sets Lina onto a journey of secrecy, betrayal and murder—and a plot to seemingly destroy her.
“But who is the real victim, and who can she truly trust?”
The cast for Locked In also includes Alex Hassell (Violent Night), Finn Cole (Slaughterhouse Rulez), and Anna Friel (Books of Blood). The film marks the feature directorial debut of Nour Wazzi (The Last Bus) and was written by Rowan Joffé (28 Weeks Later).
Locked In is currently in production in the UK.
