It’s not horror, but Rick and Morty is one of the greatest animated series – or series in general! – to hit the small screen. Claymation legend Lee Hardcastle has teamed-up with Adult Swim to merge Rick and Morty with even more of our favourite horror and sci-fi features, including Gremlins, Reanimator and Poltergeist.
Lee Hardcastle’s claymation shorts have featured in The ABCs of Death and Done in 60 Seconds. With Clay. They are brutally gory and certainly not for children, and that’s why we’re such huge fans of them. We could watch his Non-Canonical adventures with Rick and Morty forever.
Hardcastle is also behind the upcoming animated horror-fantasy Spook Train, which follows a group of kids who discover why the legendary Spook Train was shut down in a moral panic.
