From the unique and chilling minds of Frictional Games (Amnesia), comes the science fiction horror game Soma that proves why artificial intelligence isn’t something we should be looking forward to.
They’ve also just announced the release date for the game along with a 12-minute clip of gameplay that shows some strange and surreal scenes. The gameplay is approximately an hour into the game and gives players an idea of what type of alien-robot hybrid creatures they’ll be up against.
Soma will be available on Steam and PS4 on September 22nd 2015.
Synopsis:
Something very strange is going on in Pathos-2, and it’s up to you to get to the bottom of it. All communications have lost contact, electricity is erratic and the whole place seems eerily deserted. All the main personnel on board have been declared missing or dead, and the machines have all been acting very bizarre, almost taking on human characteristics.
