Crispin Glover (Willard, Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter) has been cast as a series regular in HBO Max’s upcoming series Red Bird Lane.
Directed by David Slade (Hannibal, 30 Days of Night) and written by Sara Gran (Southland), Red Bird Lane is being described as a psychological thriller and will follow eight strangers who arrive at a mysterious and isolated house, all for different reasons. Upon their coincidental arrival, the strangers realise that something sinister and terrifying awaits them…
Glover will play Jonah, a bad man who arrives at the house for money. The cast also includes Susan Sarandon (The Hunger), Kiersey Clemons (Sweetheart), James Urbaniak (American Splendor), Jamie Clayton (Sense8), Rya Kihlstedt (Dexter), Grantham Coleman (Seberg), and Damon Dayoub (Stitchers).
