If you want to know where you go when you die, then you best head into The Void on 7th April. Packed full of nauseating practical effects and genuinely horrifying images, it’s one of the best horror films of the year so far.
The Void follows a police officer on patrol when he spots a man stumbling in the dark. Deciding to take him to hospital is the man’s mistake, because what awaits is far more terrifying than anyone could have imagined.
Check out the brand new teaser below – which showcases a quote from our 4-star review. The Void certainly does ring back to the good old days of John Carpenter’s The Thing, but also bursts with Lovecraftian themes and deeper concerns with playing god, being careful what you wish for and familial struggles with grief.
The Void has it all, so be sure to catch it when you can from 7th April.
