Paramount and Blumhouse are breathing new life into the Paranormal Activity franchise—and the first teaser trailer suggests the film will stray from its found footage roots!
Called Paranormal Activity: Next of Kin, the film was written by Christopher Landon (Freaky) and directed by William Eubank (Underwater). No plot details are available at this time, but the teaser appears to involve some kind of cult. Emily Bader, Roland Buck III, Dan Lippert, and Henry Ayers-Brown star.
