After the film adaptation of World War Z proved to be an uninspiring vehicle for Brad Pitt’s ego, we’re pinning all our hopes on the new game to deliver some killer zombie action. And from the new gameplay overview trailer, things are looking promising.
Narrated by Oliver Hollis-Leick, Saber Interactive’s creative director, the trailer teases the RTS game’s campaign, which is broken down into four episodes, each containing three chapters and their own objectives. The settings: New York, Jerusalem, Moscow, and Tokyo. And the zombies? Spawned by the AI director, their numbers dependent on your play style.
World War Z will be released on Xbox One, Playstation 4, and the PC on April 16th. Will the infection catch on?
