Based on Christopher Pike’s 1994 novel of the same name, as well as other Pike stories, The Midnight Club convenes on Netflix on October 7th—and the first teaser trailer gives us a spooky look inside a meeting.
Mike Flannagan (Midnight Mass, The Haunting of Netflix) adapted Pike’s work for the screen alongside Leah Fong (Once Upon a Time). Flanagan will also direct some episodes. Other directors on the series include Emmanuel Osei-Kuffour (Black Box), Axelle Carolyn (Creepshow), Viet Nguyen (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), Morgan Beggs (Once Upon a Time), and Michael Fimognari (To All the Boys: Always and Forever).
In The Midnight Club: “At a manor with a mysterious history, the eight members of the Midnight Club meet each night at midnight to tell sinister stories—and to look for signs of the supernatural from the beyond.” Iman Benson, Igby Rigney, Ruth Codd, Annarah Cymone, William Chris Sumpter, Adia, Aya Furukawa, Sauriyan Sapkota, Matt Biedel, Samantha Sloyan, Zach Gilford, and Heather Langenkamp star.
