We weren’t huge fans of Jason Bognacki’s technically pleasing, but overall pretentious, horror flick Mark of the Witch (also known as Another) but we would still encourage you to check it out. Despite its flaws, there is certainly something to admire in its alluring and stylish quality. You can check out our review here. We also had a chat with Jason Bognacki himself, where he discusses the film’s obvious Dario Argento inspirations, so have a gander at that over here.
Mark of the Witch follows a young woman called Jordyn (Paulie Redding) who learns that she may possibly be the spawn of Satan. She is soon embroiled in a nightmarish world where she begins to learn her role in securing her family’s curse continues.
If what you’ve read has piqued your interest in Mark of the Witch, then you will be glad to know that the film has secured a release date for this June. On 6/6/16 to be exact, which is a nice touch and certainly suitable to the film.
