A festive and joyful clip has been released from The Killing of a Sacred Deer and it wishes you and your family a merry, merry Christmas. OK, I’m somewhat lying. As we a ll know, The Killing of a Sacred Deer is dark as hell, so it’s really wishing you a fucked up – but still festive – Christmas.
The clip shows Raffedy Cassidy’s Kim singing Carol of the Bells in a choir before terror strikes. It’s a great little clip which perfectly embodies the sinister lining to Yorgos Lanthimos’ twisted Christmas film.
Synopsis:
Colin Farrell plays a successful surgeon who attempts to integrate a teenager into his family, but when the teen’s actions grow increasingly sinister, the doctor is forced to make an unthinkable sacrifice.
