Kate Siegel (The Haunting of Hill House) has signed on to star in Midnight Mass, Mike Flanagan’s upcoming horror series for Netflix.
She joins other Hill House alumni Annabeth Gish, Henry Thomas, and Robert Longstreet. The cast also includes Zach Gilford (The Purge: Anarchy), Hamish Linklater (Legion), Alex Essoe (Doctor Sleep), Michael Trucco (Hush), Samantha Sloyan (Hush), Rahul Kohli (iZombie), and Kristin Lehman (The Chronicles of Riddick).
Flanagan will direct all seven episodes of Midnight Mass, which begins filming this spring. The series, which gets its name from the fictional book seen in Flanagan’s Hush and Gerald’s Game, centres around an isolated island community that begins experiencing miraculous events and frightening omens after a mysterious and charismatic young priest arrives.
