Here at SCREAM, you know that we love anything Jaws related, so we’re thrilled at this latest development.
As any Jaws fan will be aware, the franchise has had a rather contentious relationship with streaming service Netflix.
Over the years, Jaws has come and gone from the streamer, leaving many at a loss as to what to do if they suddenly fancied a shark carnage fix.
However, we’re delighted to report that Netflix and Universal have inked a new deal that will see all four Jaws movies return to streaming.
Come September 1 2026, the Jaws series will be available to stream for all Netflix subscribers.
The franchise has something for everyone, whether you enjoy classic horror or something a little campier.
Jaws runs the gamut from the legendary original, to the more slasher-centric sequel. Things get a little cheesier with 1983’s Jaws 3-D, and careen into “so-bad-it’s-good” territory during Jaws: The Revenge.
So, whatever your favourite Jaws outing, everything will be available via Netflix next month. However, how long the movies will be there is anyone’s guess!
So, you’d best stream the series whilst you can come September 1. Jaws marathon, anyone?
