Recently, we learned that Frank Langella had been removed from Mike Flanagan’s upcoming Netflix horror series The Fall of the House of Usher in the wake of misconduct allegations. Langella was set to star as Roderick Usher, a role that will now be played by Bruce Greenwood (Doctor Sleep).
An eight-episode limited series, The Fall of the House of Usher is based on the tales of Edgar Allan Poe. Flanagan will direct four episodes, with Michael Fimognari directing the rest.
