After acquiring the rights in June, IFC Midnight have now announced that the horror-thriller Dementia will be receiving a very limited theatrical run and VOD release from 4th December 2015. The film stars Gene Jones, Kristina Klebe Peter Cilella, Richard Riehle, Marc Senter, Graham, Molly McQueen, Tony Denison and Hassie Harrison. Mike Testin is at the helm of the feature and he has worked on films such as Contracted, Contracted: Phase II and Thou Shalt Not Kill.
Synopsis:
After being diagnosed with Dementia, an elderly war veteran is forced by his estranged family to hire a live-in nurse, only to find she harbours a sinister secret.
Described as a mix between Misery and Whatever Happened To Baby Jane, hopefully Dementia will be filled with twists, turns and ominous goings-on. Keep your eye out for a trailer, but for now, you can have a look at a couple of stills below.
