Capcom already succeeded with remastering Resident Evil, and now they’ve announced that they will be giving the same treatment to Resident Evil 0. At an event in Japan, they announced that the original Gamecube game would be given a new lease of life for PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
The game is being created by the original creative team, and their looking for a 2016 release although no concrete date has been confirmed. In the remastered version of Resident Evil there were some added features such as improved controls and comfort features, although it was mainly the same.
The Resident Evil story focuses on the events that occur before Resident Evil, as an officer called Rebecca Chambers unwillingly teams up with Billy Coen, a convicted criminal. The two work together as an odd but effective pair (if you play it well) that wants to find out the truth behind the infectious outbreak in Racoon City.
