The sci-fi-horror The Hollow One is set to be released on DVD in the UK on 3rd July 2017. Starring Kate Alden, Jesse James, Chelsea Farthing and Tony Doupe, The Hollow One comes from writer-director Nathan Hendrickson.
Hendrickson is most widely known for directing video games that include Aliens vs Predator 2, F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin and Gotham City Impostors. As his film debut, The Hollow One looks to be a strong psychological affair that is awash with dark and sinister secrets, much like the games he has helped bring to life.
Synopsis:
While searching for her missing father, an emotionally damaged woman called Kate confronts her tragic past and a shadowy figure with sinister intentions.
You can watch the trailer below. It teases the secrets that Kate is dying to unearth and the horrors that lurk around every corner. It looks suitably scary and has a handful of impressive visual flourishes that should appeal to those that like their horror to be equally as beautiful as they are terrifying.
